During the process of building the modern school system, how to adapt to the evaluation system of the education modernization development? The evaluation system is the main task. It is an irreversible tendency for the school to build evaluation system for junior middle school students overall quality under information technology environment. Its research value lies in: First, to junior middle school students overall quality evaluation exercise scientific style, highly effective, informationization; Second, is student's self-development, the individual plan and program provides the objective and fair the basis; Third, facilitates the education teaching profession the retrieval, understood quickly analyzes student's situation; Fourth, is the school overall quality evaluation exercise gains in the beneficial experience.There are five parts in this text.The first part is to the information technology environment under the junior middle school students overall quality appraisal outline. This part first introduced the overall quality appraisal background, including curriculum reform background and goal, education appraisal reform as well as overall quality appraisal in education appraisal reform status; Then introduced the junior high pupil overall quality appraisal nature and the characteristic as well as the information technology in the junior high pupil overall quality appraisal function; Finally further introduced the domestic and foreign research overall quality appraisal survey.The second part introduced under the information technology environment the junior middle school students overall quality evaluation system's design. This part first elaborated the junior middle school students overall quality appraisal policy basis and the theory basis; Next emphasized the overall quality appraisal must follow the basic principles; Finally introduced under detail the information technology environment the junior middle scholl students overall quality appraisal content and the standard.The third part introduced under the information technology environment the junior middle scholl students overall quality evaluation system's software development. There are two aspects: First, the design of evaluation tools. This includes two categories: One category is uses in carrying on the vertical analysis the data sheet, another category is uses in collecting the dynamic data the appraisal meter, to observe the record and the evaluation and so on. Second, the evaluation system software's development, namely the development realizes the overall quality appraisal electronic tools. The electronic tools include a total of management tools, assessment tools, data acquisition tools and so on.The fourth part introduced under the information technology environment the junior middle school students overall quality evaluation system's application and the analysis. On the one hand this from overall quality appraisal's flow, safeguard mechanism, measure results' aspects and so on application elaborated the overall quality appraisal system's application process and the method; On the other hand was carries on to the overall quality evaluation exercise has reconsidered and put forward the related proposals.The fifth part has made the summary and the forecast to this topic's research. This will mainly be will certainly to promote the education through the development overall quality appraisal to pay attention to student's full scale development; Promotes the school to transform the role in the school behavior, Promotes the education administration return and innovation.
