With the implementation of the curriculum reform of basic education in the information technology(IT)environment, physics in junior high school has changed thoroughly from educational conception, learning target to learning method. As an inseparable part of the whole learning, learning evaluation is also going to change. The theories of Multi-intelligence and constructivism provide the theoretical basis and a new way of thinking for the reform practice of learning evaluation in the IT environment. According to the need of new curriculum reform, the research aims to design learning evaluation of physics in the IT environment and discuss learning evaluation practice in junior high school, and then puts forward an effective and feasible approach for the reform of learning evaluation of physics in junior high school. The research analyzes the development and current situation of practice of learning evaluation in the IT environment at present, According to the nature of the physics in junior middle school and its trend of reform, the analysis of learning process in the IT environment and the guideline of learning evaluation in the IT environment. We design the evaluation goal, evaluation content and evaluation strategies of physics learning in junior high school in the IT environment, and apply them to the teaching and learning practice of physics in junior middle school. And offer operation method or relevant graphic presentation and model for learning evaluation. Consequently, learning evaluation in the IT environment becomes more feasible.
