"The 21st Century Education Revitalization Action Plan " issued by the State Council to the Ministry of Education in January 13th 1998 calls:"The request of teachers has been from quantity to the improvement of the quality, the region that has the conditions strive to make the primary school teachers improve the academic qualifications of the specialist level " In order to guarantee the achievement of that goal, Ministry of Education requests in " several points about Teachers College readjustment "on march in 1999. The structure goal of Normal College level is from three to two.Normal School has glorious history over 100 years in china. It has been made a great indelible contribution in Chinese basic education. This paper attempts to draw arms as well as the experience of training primary school teachers, with own study and Learning Experience, to discuss as possible as I can for the problem about training primary teachers, and I hope that it can provide some useful reference for the training of primary school teachers today.In this paper, it selects qualitative research method and chooses L Normal School as a case. Through in-depth interview with the leaders of L Normal School and more than 20 teachers who graduated from it ,and some leaders of the management of education. And analyzed the materials left by L Normal School. It makes a very good basis for my study.The paper is divides into four parts. The first part is Introduction.It describes the purpose of the study, the definition of the concept, the literature review, study methodology and process.The second part mainly described the history of L Normal School. It divides into five stages: Creating, stumble, paralyzed, reborn, fade. Then it made a brief overview of each stage about training of primary teachers.The third part discusses the success of training primary teachers from Quality of the students,Goal of training,Educational Practice ,Skill training to DU LE network creating.The forth part is about Reflection of teacher education. It is the focus of this paper.First, it analyses the lack of Normal School training teachers, it performances about Normal School of training teachers in china recruited mainly junior middle school graduates who are not received senior middle school. The lack of basic knowledge leads to the ability of in-depth study.Second, it analyses the defects of Higher Teachers College, at first it is insufficient understanding of the primary school teachers'specialization, and Focus on theory and Professional, neglects the practice and comprehensive in training methods. The students who is trained have the depth of knowledge not the breadth of knowledge,have qualifications, not ability. I t is difficult to adapt the innocent and lively nature of the primary school students and the facts of actual teaching of primary education. Next is the lack of teacher skills training, although it has the skill training class but no emphasis. It leads to affect the teaching result because the primary school teacher who graduated at Higher Teachers College has knowledge but lack of the basic ability of teaching.At last, given some suggestions to contemporary Higher Teacher College: Number One: Training mode need adapts comprehensive training, Our country asks for diluting the discipline lines about the current primary school courses since Curriculum Reform in 2008.So comprehensive training is more helpful for primary school teachers teaching. Number Two: Curriculum setting should be comprehensive, now Teacher Education is shouting to raise academic. It is not too much emphasis on expertise in education about the teaching subject in Higher Teachers College now, but calls for paying attention to the basic training of Arts and Science for the students who study in it. This is the common view of most of the developed countries, it is necessary to study basic Arts and Science courses at the university for 2 years, and then having a development in a somewhat academic. This may be made up the inadequacy in depth-knowledge of Normal School, and it also changed the situation that division of the subject is too narrow. Else need to focus on the skill class setting. It is not only adding the skillful courses, the most important is to implement in the teaching process. It should always take the basic skillful class for the teacher in the courses arrangements. The contents can vary by grades, For example: The speech class is opened in grade one, its contents must have the features of the teacher's work. Calligraphy lessons can be opened in grade two, mainly about the most basic writing skills of teachers, including pen, chalk and brush. So the calligraphy class should be a required course for Teachers College. In the class, it is not only to teach students how to write well, but also teach them how to counsel primary students. The third grade should be set up modern educational skills training courses, to study the ability of teaching activities about using modern teaching means, in order to adapt the needs of the development of the modern times. In addition, it should standard curriculum plan, to strengthen the building of subject and improve students'practice of higher teacher college. To make the students not only enrich the knowledge of educational theory, but also get the ability and quality of teaching practice that adapt to the needs of the quality of primary education development. Number Three: Concern about students - selected Excellence. It is unsatisfactory that the students'quality of higher teacher college, a lot of students who graduated at senior school choose Higher Teacher College because of no other alternative. So this paper proposes to improve their conditions of school, continuously improve the quality of education; Employment-oriented, adjust and optimize the structure of professional; Establish a flexible system of admission fees and awards, grants system and means of regulating the economy in order to attract outstanding students.
