Art reflects the rhythm of Children's life and expresses their spiritual world. It comes from Children's nature and obtained through the interaction of the giver and receiver. Children need to learn how to get and express their feelings through certain performing way and skill by art education. As an effective way for realizing kindergarten art education, the courses play an important role in protecting children's art nature, maintaining children's art interests, exploiting children's art potential and promoting children's art expressions.Its tightly connected between culture and courses. Culture affects courses and courses reflect culture. In multi-cultural society, the communication and interaction between different culture becomes an important driving force in the development of art education courses. Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, in such a multiracial region under the multicultural background, multiculturalism and integration makes its art performs by the way both with national characteristics and with integrating new form, which affects the art education curriculum of kindergarten from performance to connotation.10 kindergartens in seven different cities and counties in Guangxi are selected to be studied by taking survey, analyzing teaching materials and observing activities for revealing status of the kindergarten art education curriculum. Action studies are taken to construct and implement art education courses in this 10 kindergartens. Theory construction, curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation are expounded from three links of planning, action and reflection. Three cases from different age groups in different kindergartens are selected for expounding kindergarten art education curriculum.Study shows that under the multi-cultural background of Guangxi, its necessary and feasible to constructing and implementing kindergarten art education curriculum which fit in with artistic nature of children and full of minority characteristics. It creates various art education activities for children, builds a system of diversified kindergarten art education resources, constructs multi-directional platform for exploitation of children's artistic potential and improvement of accomplishment, provides more options and rich resources for teachers to carry out art activities, offers activity forms for co-operation between kindergarten and family, and makes common progress for children and teachers.
