As China's economy continues to develop, people in different regions, industries, jobs flow rapidly. A large number of farmers leave the land on which to survive themselves for many years, and go to developed cities and regions for works, so have created a powerful "peasant worker tide." Export of labor service is the majority of farmers increase income and raise educational appropriations for their children an important source. However, due to various reasons, fewer children can be living, learning with parents. Most farmers have to send their children to stay in hometowns, whom unilaterally by the parents or other relatives and friends to take care of. This kind of children is a special social group—Left-behind children in rural China. With the number of children staying in rural areas increase; the responsibility of family education is not enough, school education weaken, so bring a series of issues. The education of left-behind children in rural China has gradually entered the line of sight in the community.It adds 300,000 annual surplus rural labors in Guangxi. The education of farmers'children also breeds by a "peasant worker tide". Left-behind children in rural Guangxi as part of its branches also caused media, scientific research units, and the Women's Federation's attention. These units started a series of investigations and studies. The investigations on Left-behind children in rural Guangxi was: grasp the region of Left-behind children and the number, revealing their living and learning conditions, reflecting the rear groups of children learning, living, psychological, find out a solution to the problem of Left-behind children in rural Guangxi, and so on. These investigations carried out from a macro perspective, but lack more detailed level of investigation, from the community, school and family to find solutions. Cast around for solutions to the left-behind children in rural China needs community, schools, families three force's effort. School is the main places of children's education place; it can make up for the lack of family education. Therefore, school is the main place to resolve the education of Left-behind children. This research use school management as a research perspective, the junior high school students who Left-behind in rural Guangxi and teachers as subjects. With the help of research methods such as documentary method, observation, in-depth interview, questionnaire, and statistics and so on as the tool of data collection and analysis. The aim of this investigation is to explore Left-behind students'life, psychological and schools education status quo, the causes of the problem, to strengthen the management of measures. Through investigation, we know that: Firstly, the number of the junior high school students who Left-behind in rural Guangxi is larger, and some schools, classes achieve 30%; Secondly, the Left-behind students'academic performance is unsatisfactory, interest is not strong, motivation is not clear, they lack of parents'love ; psychological and emotional instability; Thirdly, generally speaking, the junior high school students who left-behind in rural Guangxi school management is not enough, The implementation of measures are not in place. Some schools establish"Left-behind children Files"; life teachers and psychological consultation did not work effectively; the rural junior middle schools are short of accommodation, catering, entertainment facilities, teachers insufficient attention for students; cooperation between schools and communities is limited.This article includes five-parts:Part I: Expanded the background of left-behind children in China, review current left-behind children in China on the status quo, staying the significance and the objectives of the reseach.Part II: Introduce the investigation: the design of study; the subject, the samples'situation.Part III: Through survey the left-behind studentes in junior high school in rural Guangxi, with the help of research methods such as documentary method, observation, interview,questionnaire, and statistics and so on as the tool of data collection and analysis, in search of the causes.Part IV: making explorations into strengthening left-behind studentes in junior high school in rural Guangxi measures, so as: establish the systems of home-school's cooperation, improve school management system and set up a coordination system.Part V: summarized the investigation of the article.
