For a long time,classroom problem behaviors have been prevalent in the classroom teaching activities of junior middle schools in China,especially in the education of left-behind students in rural junior middle schools,which not only affects the normal teaching order,classroom efficiency and the realization of teaching objectives,but also conducive to the growth and development of left behind students' physical and mental health,it is a common problem for teachers to effectively solve the classroom problem behaviors of left behind students in rural junior middle schools.This research according to the author teaches he finds junior middle school as an example,through the random sampling survey of remaining part junior high school students,understand the current the current situation of the countryside junior middle school left-behind students' classroom problem behavior,see the essence through the phenomena,from the Angle of multidimensional analysis,revealed in the countryside junior middle school left-behind students deep reason of classroom problem behavior and on this basis through the questionnaire survey to explore the improvement of first-line teachers junior middle school left-behind students' classroom problem behavior strategy,help the junior middle school left-behind students gradually eliminate the classroom problem behavior,standardize the order of the classroom,create a good teaching environment and atmosphere,improve the classroom efficiency,better achieve the teaching goal.Research findings,at present,the classroom problem behavior of left-behind students in rural junior middle schools is more prominent than that of non-left-behind students,it is characterized by universality,difference and stage,and the classroom problem behaviors mainly include extroversion and introversion.The former includes attention-provoking behavior,disorder behavior,aggressive behavior,blind resistance to authority and other types;From the perspective of students,it's mainly a character flaw,lack of self-control,and the need to seek attention;From the perspective of teachers,it is mainly due to the deviation of educational concept,improper classroom teaching management,and the lack of ethics and sense of responsibility;At the family level,it is mainly the lack of family function,the absence of family education,the defect of cooperation with home and school.To solve the classroom problem behavior of the Left-behind Students in rural junior middle schools,we need to unite all kinds of efforts,give full play to the joint efforts of education,at the student level,we should attach importance to the self-management of students,improve management ability,cultivate self-awareness,shaping healthy personality,pay attention to the growth of students,meet the needs of students;From the perspective of teachers,to change the concept of education,pay attention to the left behind students,improve management ability,enhance the effect of intervention,strengthen the moral education of teachers;At the family level,we should strengthen family responsibilities,improve family functions;to improve the education of the next generation,improve the quality of education;strengthen home school cooperation,realize home school interaction.
