The former "national Committee of education" announced the first batch of 51 universities in which try to set up the high level sports team in 11 fields including basketball in April 1987, this is a milestone for higher education sports competition.Through the practice and discovery for nearly 20 years, there is an obvious effect among the high level basketball team of our universities, especially the foundation of "The Basketball Association for College Students" in 1990 and the foundation of "CUBA" in 1998, it add new vitality to the high level basketball team of university, not only has it driven the further development for PE in universities, flourished the sports atmosphere in school, pushed the construction of the civilization of spirit on campus, but also increased the basketball populations accordingly, promoted the expansion of the nationwide body-building.Those students except for having possessed the ability of high level competition in basketball, they also possessed a significant extent of culture and professional knowledge, after taking the post of their work, not only can he or she take part in the train; competition; organization and administration work of an amateur club in an enterprise, but also can he or she take charge of the daily management and production of the enterprise.From the macro-view, the high level basketball team of university has not realized the aim that set by the related departments; from the micro-view, the university itself has not orientated the team properly, the learning; training and the work post after graduation of the player have been waiting for further solving and improvement.The "CBA" which is carried out in 1995 pushed the sport of basketball to the market, not only did it promote the basketball level through the country, but also did it drive the development of the basketball industry in China, all the more it promoted the prevalence and enhancement of the sport of basketball.The activity of basketball among enterprises realized the conversion: from unwillingly offering funds for basketball match to establishing amateur basketball club and take part in all kinds of amateur basketball match actively.The practice of the amateur basketball club Open, provide the amateur basketball club of the enterprise with a vast communicating platform and space for improving, but new problems come along with it, it is the need for the participation of the higher level and cultured basketball talents.Therefore, with the background that the reality that the sport of basketball has been developing in China, to discuss the high level basketball team of university which is to establish"Competition; education; enterprise" for talent training all-in-one pattern has some degree of theoretical significance and practical value for reference.Searching for related documents and literature; questionnaire; inquiry; statistics; logic demonstration and so on such kind of research method were used in this paper, we analyzed the current situation and restricted factors of the high level basketball team of university and amateur basketball club in an enterprise, on the basis of fully demonstrated the feasibility for university and enterprise to establish"Competition; education; enterprise" for talent training all-in-one pattern, we have proceeded the theoretical construction of the model.
