Growth Pattern Of Skilled Talents And Training Mode Study

With the rapid development of China's economic and social, the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure is not on the number of skilled personnel and puts forward new requirements for quality. How to accelerate the construction of high-skilled personnel, improve the quality of high-skilled personnel, meet the requirements of economic and technological development, is becoming the hot topic in modern society. Therefore, study the growth and cultivation of skilled personnel problem has important theoretical significance and practical significance.In this paper, first of all, on the basis of literature research, defines the connotation and characteristics of the high skill talented person, this paper discusses the growth and develop the related theory of skilled personnel, the training mode for high-skilled talents growth regularity and laid a solid theoretical foundation for further studies; Second, in the highly skilled talents on the basis of the questionnaire and interview, through data analysis the internal factors influencing the growth of skilled talents and the external factors; Again, through the analysis of the factors affecting the summary and extract the growth pattern of skilled personnel. Three laws of external namely to timing, teacher and pupil inheritance rule and rule of system optimization, the three laws of internal namely internal drive, advantage accumulation rule and rule of age effect; Finally, in draw lessons from foreign high-skilled personnel training mode, on the basis of combining with its national conditions, based on the growth regularity of skilled personnel, from the target system, content system, method system, evaluation system and guarantee system five aspects to build the government guidance of high-skilled personnel training, colleges and universities teaching and enterprise training mode of "three guide", for the cultivation of high-skilled personnel in our country to provide theoretical and practical reference.
