The ice-skating is the traditional sport project, it has the long history in the north part of our country, and most early in the Song Dynasty, the Song Shi "Ritual Will" has recorded the ice-skating movement.the ice-skating class was the compulsory course in the north university, and it was season class, the characteristic class, and one of best sports projects that improved one's health in the winter. The Heilongjiang Province geographical position is advantageous, every year the ice periods are nearly 4 month-long, therefore it has the superior condition in the winter to develop ice-skating class teaching. The ice-skating movement is the outstanding tradition sports items in the Heilongjiang Province, and has trained large quantities of outstanding talented people for the country. In 1953, Heilongjiang Province has held on the first nation ice games. In 2009, the world university winter games convene in here.The article uses the literature material law, the questionnaire survey procedure, the expert interview, the analysis comparison and the mathematical statistic method and so on, to analyze and study the present situation which ice-skating curriculum develops in the higher professional colleges of Heilongjiang Province. By having the sampling inquiry about 20 representative higher professional colleges and universities, understand the ice-skating teaching present situation and the factors that influence teaching, and proposes the countermeasure and the suggestion to the ice-skating teaching development of the higher professional colleges. The concrete conclusion is as follows:1. The educational model is the passive form, and the teacher only pays great attention to the teaching process "to teach", but has neglected to raise the student enthusiastic reassignment and the innovation ability.2. The course content is unitary, mainly by the speed skating teaching primarily. Don't introduce the ice hockey, the figure skating etc. related sports items to the classroom to rich ice-skating course content, and not stimulate student's interest to enhance the teaching effect of the ice-skating curriculum.3. The teaching method is relative backwardness, mainly by the traditional teacher demonstration and the explanation primarily. Do not fully use computer network and multimedia technologies etc. modern education methods.4. The teaching appraisal system is not scientific, mainly by taking the terminating test as the major targets or quotas. That is too formalized, and neglects the ice-skating curriculum to the student physical quality, the psychological quality and overall quality influence.5. The teacher troop's age structure and the school record structure are relatively reasonable, but the ice-skating teachers' specialized qualities are relatively low, and lack the professional sacrificing spirit.6. The ice-skating curriculum's teaching facility in the majority of university is crude. The ice-skating extracurricular activity has not obtained widely develops, and exists generally that the ice-skating curriculum investment efforts are insufficient phenomenon.
