Effective classroom management is the insurance of classroom instruction ,as well as to develop students'physical and psychology status. The previous research on classroom management mainly focuses on primary and middle school, therefore, this essay chooses the point of kindergarten teachers'classroom management behavior based on a case study of Hangzhou Yiqiao kindergarten .With the guidance of advanced classroom management theory, the study offers some scientific strategies of specific management behavior based on the description of specific teachers'classroom management behavior, then sums up the main factors that affect kindergarten teachers'classroom management behavior, the shortcomings that exist in their behavior and put forward general and practical suggestions to improve kindergarten teachers classroom management behavior.The research is mainly proceeding from the following four aspects: classroom arrangement; classroom routine ; students'good behaviors maintenance; students'problem behaviors management. With the data collected from observation and interview, the following conclusions are brought forward: Factors that influence kindergarten teachers'classroom management in the case study include inner and outer ones, the inner factors are:â‘ the ideology hold by teachers;â‘¡teachers'quality;â‘¢teachers'growing experience; The outer ones are:â‘ colleagues communication;â‘¡short of training on classroom management skills;â‘¢short of evaluation to teachers'classroom management. Bided by the above factors,their behaviors shows the following shortcomings:â‘ management tending to control, lack of democracy;â‘¡consider from adults'point, neglect children's subjectivity .â‘¢ex part management, lack of management skills. With the guidance of advanced management principle, considering the shortcomings exist, some practical suggestions are put forward:â‘ to change teachers'traditional controlling ideology, think much of improving children's life value and their development;â‘¡to change teacher-children relation, pay attention to the build of children's subjectivity in interactive classroom;â‘¢to train teachers on classroom management skills accordingly, make them understand its extension;â‘£to improve teachers'quality of vocational morality and foster their proper classroom management behavior; to build effective evaluation system and guide kindergarten teachers to adjust their own behavior in self control.
