Since 80's in 20 centuries, the fierce development of science and technology has aroused the fast growth of the global economy. In the meantime, the developed countries of western came to know that the functional education imposed on the progress of the society and economic development, so began to carry on course reform in succession. We attach importance to the contribution of the functional education and started the eighth experiment of the functional education course reform in 2001.The new principle of this functional education course reform which includes teaching view, course view, teachers' view, students' view puts forward new requests to teaching and learning, emphasizes education for all-round development and makes the Biology teachers confront the challenges coming from the education principle and teaching skills.As everyone knows, the teaching skills of Biology are the important part of teachers'professional cultivated manners and the Biology teachers'education. No matter from the view of teacher's profession and the implementation of new course reform, as the prompter of the students'development, teachers need the functional teaching skills and new teaching skills of"development promotion".The development of teaching skills is always the main factor to the education development. The expanded skills of Biology teaching must have an effective carrier so that teachers could understand and learn it easily. In the end of 20 centuries, on the base of text-case, videotape analysis, a kind of training method on training skills, which is more objective, livelier, more concrete aroused. That is video-case. The video-case takes the abundant and true teaching case to trainers with super exploitation, leads trainers acquire perceptual knowing with its case analysis method in the process of interactive study with computers and then grasps teaching technique in the introspection practice.This research draws up for"the development of the video-case according to the new Biology teaching technique", the research point is developing the video-case about the extended Biology teaching skills. The purpose of this research lies in relying on the forerunner's education theories a, making use of a super medium technique, developing new video-case of according to the new Biology teaching skills, making the theories on the new Biology teaching skills of new course abundant; providing abundant and true environment for the communication of the modern education principles and teaching skills training to push School-based educational research and promote Biology teachers' professional cultivated manners Professional Quality effectively; lying firm foundation for the implementation of the new course reform, also creating a condition for the further development of the new teaching skills.The meaning of this research includes three aspects:â‘ Researching the extension of the new Biology teaching skills of new course, enriching the theories of the realm;â‘¡Explaining the content of"the new teaching skills", investigating a new classification of the teaching skills;â‘¢D eveloping new world for the video-case research of new Biology teaching skills, and laying foundation and providing lessons for further research. Its application value lies in: carrying on montage to the actual classroom teaching video around the new Biology teaching skills and earnest analysis and reading. The video-case of such creation contacts teaching theories with teaching practice, guides the classroom teaching practice of aim at sex, causing teachers' introspection to the teaching practice. Moreover, because the teachers' knowledge and skills are silent and Individualizationlized, and inset among the scenario activity, general text can't present all these, but the video-case provides need for observers directly.The results on texts and videos of this research not only takes to be instruction materials of the high school Biology teachers' further education training and practice, but also the reference in the actual teaching, providing resources for School-based educational research .The video-case can be reference example of the high school Biology teachers' further education training, can be also the reference template that they carry on a teaching design .In the meantime, these results can also provide to carry on the study and the training of the teaching technical ability for the student of Normal Colleges and Universities.This research applies the modern teaching technique in the research of the new Biology teaching skills, the choice of taking video-case as the carrier of"the new Biology teaching skills", is a kind of innovation, a kind of breakthrough.
