The education of the in-service teachers is not only critical for education but also the goal ofeducation has been paid attention to and pursued. The in-service teachers have different cognitions,teaching features, and teaching methods, however, various trivial teaching work and the single teachingevaluation system makes the in-service teachers lack of a good research platform and communication.Their teaching skills are stagnation or development slowly. So, the focus of the training should create aresearch platform,according to the teaching characteristics of in-service teachers. In order to improve thein-service teachers’ teaching and research skills, educators should responsible for the guidance.Generally speaking, video case is to increase the number of case study based on the teachingvideo, such as teacher’s background and reflection after class, the detailed comments of experts andcolleagues on each teaching stage, video interviews with students and teaching animation diagrams. Withthe development of video case study, its connotation is refining and expanding and the advantages (actualand ample, objective and visual, can be repeated, can be used whenever you want) are more obvious. Inteacher education, we called it the video training for using the video case as a media. According to theeducation goal, using the video case as the basic teaching materials, the educators introduce learners topractice in the situation,through attractive dialogues and active research between teachers and students, soas to improve the decision-making ability and action ability of the learners in the face of the complexsituation in education.For different reasons, such as the training subject, training methods, training environmentetc,video training can be divided into three types: microteaching model, hypermedia links and onlinecommunication mode, the new expert instruction mode. Microteaching model is traditional and developedfrom the normal education, it is not a video case, but a classroom teaching video, however, it is a greatsignificance for the development of video case resources; Hypermedia and on-line communication mode isthe network platform of modernization, which support all kinds of activities, such as the obeservation andanalysis of video case, communication and discussion of video case, reflection and evaluation of videocase,and be supported and guided by the trainer; The new teaching mode is based on the video case, combining the theory of education, teaching, experience with the vivid video case, so the teacher canaccept the guidance of experts happily.For the video training process, it is a special process, because different school have differentcharacteristics, however, it is also a general process which can follow certain rules. Therefore, it isnecessary to exploring the rules when carry through the video training activity.
