Ideological and political (moral) courses for secondary school students citizenship education system and Marxist political education compulsory courses, moral education in secondary schools is the main way. China's new round of reform of the basic education curriculum, as curriculum reform efforts have been stepped up, secondary ideological and political (moral) course in which the importance of resources become more and more obvious. The integration of their curriculum resources, is the source of the existing curriculum resources on the basis of established principles and purposes of education, expand and integrate the new curriculum resources. The allocation of resources is reasonable, directly determines the ideological and political (moral) courses teaching results.
