Beijing and Tianjin are surrounded by Hebei Province, especially the city of Langfang lies between the two municipalities. It has more geographical advantages than any other cities, which is helpful for the starting, the development and soaring of sport. Generally speaking ,the sport of Langfang should have been more prosperous and thriving. But the fact is unsatisfactory. It is more backward than Tangshan, Handan, Baoding and Shijiazhuang. In order to promote the continuous development of the extra training on track and field in junior schools in Langfang, and reserve the athletic talents for universities and professional sports teams, Investigation about some junior schools has been finished to collect the datas then materials then the mathematical analysis was made, as a result, the present situation about the extracuriliar training on track and field in junior schools of this city is clear. On this basis, the existing problems appear.and the corresponding solution measures are required. It is believeable that these measures can promote the institution and make it standardizedFirst, the literature summary law is used to understand both domestic and foreign present research situation. I searched and get 40 papers from the Chinese academic periodical database and the excellent master's degree thesis database by the key word of the junior middle school extracuriliar training of track and field. The time span is 1993 - 2007. Second, surveys (interviews and survey) are used to collect the information and materials. The author visited the leaders of the Bureau of Education and the Sports Bureau, gave off the investigation papers and took back them. Thrid, he spss11.0 is used to analyze the questionnaire to get the statistics. Finally, the induction and the deductive method are used to analyze the results.An analysis on the main influence factors, such as training teacher, trained student, leaders and parents, training organzation and management, space facilities, competitions with the organiztion and nianganizatin, was made, and the main conclusion is as the following:1. There are 156 sport training teachers in 37 Junior middle schools in the city of Langfang. 11 specialized middle school record, accounting for 70%. There are 54 teachers with technical college school record, accounting for 34.6%. There are 91 teachers with undergraduate college school record, accounting for 58.3%. Among them there are 23 second-level athletes, accounting for 14.7%. 19 of them concentrate in three northern counties, accounting for 82.6%. There are only 4 teachers in other 8 counties, accounting for 17.4%.2. There are 43,632 students in 37 Junior middle schools. There are 834 students who take part in training, 1.91 percent, including 51 second-level athletes,accounting for 0.35 %. There are 21 in the County of Xianghe and 20 in the County of Sanhe, accounting for 80.3% in the total of the two counties. Among the reasons for which the students give up training, the first one is "the track and field training is specially boring and tired", accounting for 43.8%. Next is "the training influences studing", accounting for 13.8%. Third is "the teacher is not warm-hearted enough", accounting for 11.8%.3. The teachers do not think that there are 40.5% school leaders attach importance to the training, Some 51.4% school leaders are so-so, only 8.1% school leaders take the training as a business. 54.3% parents support, 32.8% parents have a neutral attitude, 12.8% parents do not support at all.4. The traing student mainly come from four resources: First, students are seleced from games (special measures), accounting for 13.5%. Second, students are choosen by the teacher, accounting for 13.5%. Third, students are the outstanding one in the physical class, accounting for 59.5%. Fourth,students come from other aspects, accounting for 10.8%.5. In 37 middle schools, there are 11 track and field venues which has 400 -meter-track, accounting for 29.7%. There are 12 track and field venues which has 300 -meter-track, accounting for 32.4%. 8 track and field venues with 250 -meter-track account for 21.6%. 6 track and field venues with 200 -meter- track account for 16.2%.6. Schools which organize one school game every year occupy 68.8%. Two games every year are 5.4%. Moreover, 28.8% schools do not organize the games at all. 7. Evaluation on logistics services: 13.5% teachers think it very well. 62.2% teachers think it well. 18.9% teachers thinkit bad. 5.4% teachers think it very bad.Conclusion: In the city of Langfang, It can not formed own scale and can not played the role of training the athletic talent for universities and the professional sport teams; The trained projects is not more than those that it is not difficulty and it is not need the professional instrument. It not have their own advantages, the project layout has not been unreasonable. In the practical working, there are still the obstacles of the economic, administrative and ideological awareness to be resolved. This causes the small number of junior schools, low penetration rate and the level of bad sports, but the latent development opportunities are larger.Suggestion: In the city of lang fang, every school ought to consider that they combine various enterprises, and attract theirs investing in order to expand their social influence and reduce the financial pressure on the government; Sports and Educational department shuold strengthen the management of the junior school extracurriliar training, build and perfect the selection mechanism, the file mechanism, the supervision mechanism and the incentive mechanism and so on; change the awareness of the school leadership, training of teachers, parents of trained students and all sectors of the community, upgrade the support rate and promote the penetration rate of the extracuriliar training; Improve the level of training of teacher to ensure the scientific training and the high training effect; strengthen the organization and management of games and enhance the fairness of the competition.
