The "Music Curriculum Standard for Ordinary Senior High Schools(2017 Edition)" absorbs and draws lessons from the concept of core literacy in the current basic education reform,and puts forward the core literacy of music discipline for the first time,which mainly includes aesthetic perception,artistic expression and cultural understanding.The proposal of the core accomplishment of high school music discipline points out the direction of our high school music teaching and the development of students.It is the goal and ideal that our high school education and teaching should pursue at present,and marks that our high school music education has entered a new stage of curriculum reform.This paper takes the core accomplishment of high school music discipline as the research object,takes the music curriculum standard of ordinary high school as the theoretical basis,selects four high schools in Jinan as the research sample,mainly focuses on the following issues to discuss: First,what is the specific situation of the development of core accomplishment of music discipline for ordinary high school students in Jinan? Secondly,what are the advantages and disadvantages of the cultivation of students' core literacy in music discipline in the current high school music teaching practice in Jinan? Third,how can we better implement the core accomplishment of music discipline in high school music teaching? As Jinan is the capital city of Shandong Province and its education level is in the leading position in the province,the development level of the core literacy of music discipline for high school students in Jinan has certain regional representativeness.In this paper,researchers consult a large number of documents,works and other materials related to this research,and on the basis of being able to preliminarily grasp the current research status of the core literacy of music discipline in senior high school,relevant empirical investigation and research are carried out.Through the case study of the current situation of the core literacy training of high school music discipline in Jinan,further thinking and discussion are carried out.Starting from the interpretation of the theoretical connotation of the core literacy from three aspects of aesthetic perception,artistic expression and cultural understanding,the feasibility of the countermeasures is demonstrated in combination with relevant teaching practice.Through the formulation of a questionnaire on the current situation of the cultivation of high school students' core literacy in music discipline,and the comprehensive use of interviews,investigations and other methods,the first-hand data related to this study have been obtained.Then it analyzes the current situation and causes of the core literacy of high school students in music discipline,puts forward some problems existing in the process of training students to develop the core literacy of music discipline,and puts forward corresponding solutions to the problems.The paper hopes to introduce and show the practical methods and methods of cultivating the core literacy of music discipline in Jinan senior high schools in teaching practice.Studying and summarizing some successful experiences with popularization value can provide some references for the teaching reform of senior high schools in Shandong Province and even other parts of the country,and add a pygmy effort to the realization of the fundamental task of education formulated by the state of "cultivating morality and cultivating people".
