The new curriculum reform is our country elementary education reformthorough development inevitable trend, its implementation key with the way which finally realizes is the classroom instruction, but the effective classroom instruction design also is the essential condition which the classroom instruction succeeds. Therefore, uses the new curriculum idea to instruct the chemical division the teaching design, has become chemistry classroom instruction reform and the innovationurgent matter. Paying attention to each student's study and promoting each student's development, are basic duties of new curriculum teaching. The new curriculum reforms must realize the transformation of the teaching form, bring the initiative inquires into the teaching, and get the result of diversification in teaching. Since the new curriculum reform ,in view of the theory and the implementation of inquiring teaching, educators in China have conducted widespread and thorough researches. But at the mean time a series of questions have also exposed. For example: The goal of inquiring is not clear enough; the contents of inquiring are chosen improperly; The question situation can not initiate the student'inquiring desire; the formalization of inquiring process, the students have no experience when they take part in the activities; too many experiments have been done in the inquiring form; The science research takes a lot of time and efforts; Too many activities, but limited class hour......These problems has greatly hindreed the further implementation and research of the inquiring teaching.From the teaching design angle, this study discusses the questions existing in the inquiring teaching field. And I find that these have a very big relation to the insufficient attention of teachers'inquiring teaching design. According to the modern teaching design theory and the scientific inquiring theory, from teaching design objects, principles, procedures, implementation strategies and some other aspects, this research discusses the questions that we should pay attention in the teaching design, and carries on the practice research of inquiring teaching design on base of the theoretical analysis, in the practice these designs are warmly welcomed by teachers and students.Through the research, the author thought the general teacher shouldtake to inquire into the teaching design the research, from theteaching design angle analysis inquired into active the arrangementand inquired into the teaching event the development, can beadvantageous like this to the enhancement inquired into the teaching ability and the level, the solution current curriculum reforms eachkind which appears to inquire into the question, powerfully promotesthe student to inquire into the ability the development and the teaching three dimensional goal realization.
