Age's developments requires people to learn how to learn and develop. But people's study status in our nation is caused for concern, and school learning is also detached from the real life. Though the revealing of the actual process of learning and development, this study proposed an autonomous-learning concept of growth, laiding a strong emphasis on learning and life's links and suggesting to be based on practice, through social contacts to train learner autonomy to advance a practice, social, creation tendency of learning, realize the true meaning of learning in life and society.The growth is a process that people gradually become the chief of the world. It originates in the people's in-determination, come by the social inheritance and individual self-construction process. Essential of the autonomous learning is the students'conscious and active social development. Its foundation lies in the interactions of people's potential , social practice and self-construction of learners, rusult in the developing of the people. We can develop the student autonomous-learning ability through the training of self-responsibility, reflection ability, self-controling ability and good study habits.
