Content:Chinese learning environment is the conditions and circumstances that the Chinese learning activity needs to continue. It includes not only physical conditions (hardware) that support the learning process, but also non-physical conditions (software) such as the Chinese education system and learning psychology, space, time and atmosphere, etc. It is of great importance to improve the efficiency of Chinese learning. It can also do good to broaden the learning outlook and extend resources. And it is good for people to cultivate the students' interest and habit to learn Chinese, and form the consciousness. In addition, it is beneficial to transform the achievements of the advanced Chinese education theories. Chinese learning is not efficient all along. Two important reasons that I believe are our ignorance of the construction and nonscience of learning environment. Chinese learning environment in broad sense is a very wide conception. This article emphasizes the reality and criticizes main environments that affect the students' learning efficiency, such as the circumstances of Chinese exam-dealing, pan-politics, pan-cultural, learning psychology, and the Chinese language environment in the campus and outside, etc. It also sets foot on the criticism of problems that lie in these environments, and carries out a scientific research and remoulding, trying to create a scientific, efficient environment that really meets the need of the students' learning law.
