Abstract/Summary:
With the deepening of curriculum reform,teachers’ professional development gradually change from the "External Motivation" into "Internal Motivation" type.Active development mode of paying attention to their own actual development and from inside out is more advocated in teachers’ professional development.And this is different from the past passive way that based on external demand and imposed.The teaching life is not only a process that promote and accompany students growing,but also a process for the teachers’ professional development.The teaching experience is the crystallization of the wisdom during the teaching life.We can say that the teaching experience is the starting point and final goad of the teachers’ professional development.Teaching experience and its processing is the secret of the teachers’ professional development.These years,study on the teaching experience has become the concern domain of many researchers and teachers.However,the domestic literature on the study of teaching experience is focusing on thinking of teaching experience as static learning resources or completed knowledge.The transformation and reorganization of teaching experience is still an urgent and important topic,which is related to the level and success or failure of teachers’ professional development.The mission of the researcher is not to desperately catch up with the excellent teachers who stand at the top of the teaching practice,but to help the vast majority of teachers who struggle every day in chaos and confusion.Therefore,the author stands on the standpoint of teachers’ independent development,analyzes the present situation of the reform of primary school teachers’ teaching experience,and tries to provide reference for self-improvement strategies of primary school teachers and promote their professional development.First of all,this study,based on the reading of relevant literature,combs the relevant research status of teaching experience,clarifies the teaching experience has significant subjective characteristics,teaching experience also has the situation,the specificity,the implicit attribute characteristic.On this basis,it reaffirms the value of self-remoulding of teaching experience to teachers’ growth.Based on Kolb’s "experience learning circle" theory,a self-remoulding model of teacher’s teaching experience is constructed.The process of transforming teaching experience is divided into four stages: teachers’ perception of teaching experience,teachers’ introspection of teaching experience,teachers’ expression of teaching experience,teachers’ practice based on the existing teaching experience.The teacher’s experience transformation process is an incomplete balance spiral rise process.Secondly,investigate the primary school teachers teaching experience and its transformation of the status quo through the interviews,participatory observation and questionnaire survey methods.It is found that the teaching experience of primary school teachers is at the general level,and the primary school teachers generally lack the conscious consciousness and transformation method in teaching experience transformation.There are contradiction between subjective demand and active development in teachers’ professional development.Teacher’s understanding of the meaning of teaching experience floats in the surface.Teachers on the teaching experience are in a state of awareness but difficult to capture,embodies in the "chaos" and "uncertain".The teachers’ teaching experience is self-contained,and in a stable,closed state.Finally,on the basis of analyzing the questionnaire data and participatory observation results,this paper puts forward the self-remoulding strategy of primary school teachers’ teaching experience,including: First,improve the relationship between the main body of experience and teaching experience through the "defamiliarization" and "problem-oriented" strategy;Secondly,through the reading and reflection strategies to enrich and deepen the meaning of teaching experience;Third,through the education writing,combined with the theory to reconstruct the teaching experience system;Fourth,we construct an open and dynamic experience system through the cooperation strategy from "I" to "we".Fifth,we should support the teachers to remould their teaching experience through the necessary external support system.
