Preschool education is an important part of the national education system and the foundation and beginning of individual lifelong learning.Generally speaking,Preschool education in rural areas is still a weak part in the preschool education system.Documents such as the long-term development outline of our country put forward that prioritize the preschool education in rural areas.Village Public kindergartens as the backbone forces and main parts of preschool education system.It bears the functions of “inclusive” and “public welfare” of preschool education.While China's rural preschool education has made remarkable achievements,it still faces many problems and difficulties.Domestic scholars have paid close attention to how to build and develop preschool education in rural areas.Studies from country,government,and local authorities put forward countermeasures.To realize the development of public kindergartens in the village,we need not only external support,but also internal driving forces from within.Only by mobilizing the internal subjective initiative,we can develop it.Therefore,this paper tries to explore the internal main body(director,teachers and so on)of the village public garden operation under certain external conditions(policy,system,funds,etc.).how to adjust and change their own conditions and make use of external resources,change the passive and passive situation,so that their own initiative,so as to achieve stable and sustained development of the kindergartens.First of all,using the literature research method,this paper analyzes the current research situation of the village public kindergartens and defines the concept of the village public kindergarten.Though the use of pedagogy,education management and other knowledge to determine the analytical perspective and research framework.Secondly,six different systems and levels of village public kindergartens in Datong C District are selected,and through field investigation,in-depth interviews and questionnaire method are adopted.Find out that there are some problems in the management system,teachers construction and teaching quality of village kindergartens.Thirdly,the problems in kindergartens are analyzed from the perspective of internal perspective,that is,from the head of the kindergarten and the whole teaching staff.This paper analyzes the crux of the concept,ability and execution of the work team.Finally,it puts forward the solution strategy.First,public kindergartens at the village level should clearly define their development orientation,change their concepts of leadership,improve their management ability and improve the management mechanism of kindergartens to promote the development of kindergartens;second,to tap their potential,the directors and teaching staff should strengthen their own innovation.Develop consciousness,encourage teaching staff to improve professional quality through both material and spiritual aspects,construct harmonious Resonance Garden Culture in the whole garden;third,develop in cooperation with various subjects,based on the principles of participation,self-management and self-satisfaction of the whole garden,all teaching staff fully integrate the existing resources of kindergartens and utilize internal and external resources,so as to truly realize the growth and development of kindergartens,improve the competitiveness and viability of village public kindergartens.From the analysis of the main body of kindergarten,it is of great significance to put forward suggestions and strategies to the development of kindergarten,which has changed the passive situation,it means kindergartens rely on government and country in the past.Only the internal exerts subjectivity and subjective initiative,and actively changes the unfavorable status for individual or organization.The countermeasures proposed in this paper refer to the practical experience of some kindergartens that have really realized the transition from weak to strong,and combined with the relevant theoretical analysis as the background support.It has certain reference and practical significance to the development of village public kindergarten.Looking for the development strategy in the garden does not mean that it does not need the support of the government and the state.Only when they work together can the quality of village public kindergarten education will be improved.And the quality of rural kindergarten education will be really promoted.
