With the seniors' increasing pressure,the problem about their occupation-choosing has been becoming the focus of the society. This research studied the factors that influence the occupation-choosing of the college students in Hunan Province, constructed a model of the college students' occupation-choosing, provided reference for them, provided important empirical basis for the concern orgnizations such as high school,government and human resource market.According to the principles of psychometrics, this thesis made a structural questionnaire about the influence factors of the college students' career selecting by deep interview, questionnaire investigation and factor analysis and through investigating the college students in Hunan Province. The testimony of reliability and validity showed that both the reliability and validity of the questionnaire met the requirement of psychometrics.Based on the investigation, questionnaire, the thesis constructed a seven-factor-model of the college students' occupation-choosing by exploratory factor analysis. The seven factors are the regulations and policies about career selecting, the units' attaction, the units' management culture, the employees' actual strength, the job's peculiarity, the post's suitability and the employees' hardware. Confirmatory factor analysis presented that this theoretical model met well with the variables in the investigation and that the structure is reasonable.Based on the seven-factor-model and the empirical study, the thesis gave some suggestions and provided some strateges of resolving the problem of the college students' employment and human resorce management.
