The Investigation And Analysis Of College Students’ Lifestyle And Its Influence Factor

Lifestyle, a concept with both wide denotation and deep connotation, is formed incertain social patterns. It is also a combination between people’s material life and spiritual lifein terms of behavior and habits.As a kind of objective existence, it influences and restricts thedevelopment of social culture and ideology，as well as personal interests, hobbies, valuesformation and development. Further deepening of reform and development of society,especially with the popularization of Internet and mobile phone, made people’s life styleundergo an unprecedented change, which is reflected in in this group body---collegestudents. College students are the hope of the nation and the builders of nation, and their way oflife reflects their state of life. Therefor,paying close attention to the overall development of thestudents should focus on the students’ lifestyle.In the paper,the author focus on the college students’ learning behavior, consumerbehavior, interpersonal behavior and daily life behavior for the view, and design of the currentsituation of college students’ lifestyle questionnaire and lifestyle factors that affect collegestudents questionnaire, Shandong University of Technology (engineering, science,arts).According to the proportion of the investigation, it was divided into different grades(grade one, two, three, four), through the questionnaire to understand the current situation ofcollege students’ lifestyle, and has carried on the collection and analysis of survey data, whichobjectively describes the status of College Students’ way of life.On the basis of investigation and analysis, the factors impacting on the lifestyle ofcollege students were studied.Results showed that the formation and development of CollegeStudents’ way of life is affected by many cross factors and interact with each other. Individualfactors on the formation and development of college students play a leading role; Familyenvironment factors as a starting point in college students’ life style the formation anddevelopment, combined with its role and the individual factors facilitating or restricting effects;College of environmental factors on the formation and development of College Students’ wayof life plays a leading role; Social environment factors does not have direct effect on theformation and development of the college students’ way of life, social environment throughother factors promoting the formation and development of college students’ way of life,including cultural environment factors on the college students,which plays a role of regulatingthe formation and development of lifestyle. Information environment factors on the collegestudents’ way of life of promoting or inhibiting effect on the formation and development. Generally speaking, college students’ positive and healthy lifestyle, but there are also someproblems, this paper aimed at the problems existing in the investigation and analysis of collegestudents’ life style education guiding Suggestions, including five parts: first, guide students tocultivate and practice the socialist core values, mainly including the cultivation of the nationalspirit and the spirit of the age and college students self education two parts; Second, guide thefamily to participate in the college students’ way of life education by creating a parent-schoolcooperative mechanism and method of family activities; Third, the function of universityeducation. Advocate the education way to conform to the requirements of the people-orientedconcept, education guide should pay attention to meet the demand of college students in allaspects, multi-level education evaluation to diversity and culture; Fourth, encourage social carecollege students’ growth. Including social progressives in colleges and universities set upscholarship, grants and loving people through donation to help needy students two parts; Fifth,improve the college students’ media literacy. Through courses in college students’ medialiteracy education and cultivate college students’ good habits of media to use two methods toimprove college students’ media literacy.This study based on college students’ all-round development, from the perspective ofempirical investigation, combined with the existing research and put forward a systematic wayof college students’ life education implementation suggestion. For the ideological and politicaleducation close to life, close to the students, close to the actual approach and data support,enriched the empirical study of ideological and political education into daily life, forideological and political education workers in life guide students to cultivate and practice thesocialist core values provide the beneficial reference.
