The Faculties' Occupation-Tiredness And Its Related Factors In Physical Education

The research related to occupation-tiredness is already widely paid attention to by many foreign researchers. The findings indicate that teachers generally have various degrees of occupation-tiredness, and under the continuous pressure concerning the work, they are easy to have the failure in the emotion, the manner and the behavior. This not only has the negative effect to teachers' occupation development and the health both in mind and body, but also has the remarkable negative effect to students' health growth and the school development. As a result of the importance of teachers' occupation and the harmfulness of occupation- tiredness, it will make a great sense to do some research on the teachers' occupation-tiredness.Taking the gym teachers as the interviewees, this research has carried on the investigation to Hubei Province ordinary college gym teachers' occupation-tiredness condition and the correlative factors, by means of the entire group random sampling questionnaire. The purpose of this article is to utilize the real condition of the teachers' occupation-tiredness, to explore the influence on occupation-tiredness from the factors of professional pressure, means of dealing with, self- potency, individual disposition characteristic and the demography variable. By analyzing the result of study, the author tries to inquire about some causes of the occupation-tiredness, and to arouse the school administration level and even the society pays attention to the college gym teachers' mental and physical health, and so to do some significant foundational work for the school management reforms and research.The research indicates that,1.Currently, Hubei province college gym teachers have the occupation-tiredness, but the degree is lower than that of teachers from technology and medical departments. Low achievement is a common feeling among the gym teachers.2.The conditions of the college gym teachers show differences in population statistics variable and some on the factors of sex, age, title, school record, but the difference is not remarkable.3.The condition of the college gym teachers' occupation-tiredness is related to the individual personality. The gym teachers' occupation-tiredness has a positive relationship with the A-typed disposition and a negative relationship with the general self- potency feeling and also a negative relationship with the means of dealing with.4.The gym teachers' professional pressure has a positive relationship with the occupation-tiredness. The difference of the occupation-tiredness is not remarkable for the gym teachers who undertake different work.
