Virtual teaching research is a new teaching research form; it is more efficient teaching research form after the resource of vocational education had been conformed to the multiple campuses. It realizes the cooperation activity of teaching research to break through the limitation of time and space. As a form of virtual teaching research, BBS processed the characteristic of openness, equality, interaction and universality. By the software platform of BBS and the formulation of interrelated guarantee policy, theme will try to make the virtual teaching research to become an effective and long lasting system in the vocational schools. It can also develop efficiently without the limitation of time and space; advance the development of not only the personal teacher but also the learning team.This theme outspreads the discussion of the origin, characteristic and mode of virtual teaching research; based on the theory of constructivism, the theory of humanism, the theory of group dynamics and the developing characteristic of vocational school, process the practical research of virtual cooperation teaching research based on BBS. Theme uses Caoyang Vocational School as the experiment object. According to the characteristic of multiple campuses ,the need of specialty department management and the demand of teaching specialization development, we develop the function of teaching research service and efficiently build the virtual teaching research platform on the basis of the school and BBS—teaching training BBS. Through the researching scheme on the basis the school and value system, it can efficiently advance the network teaching research mode of cooperation study between colleagues and teaching between tutor and prentice.The software platform can also research and practice to advance the interaction activity of the research of theme, the discussion of problems, the analysis of the case, the prepare of lessons collectivity and the communication of training and etc. We use the form of survey question to gather teachers mind, perplexity and suggestion on the virtual teaching research to make the experiment advance more efficiently.Through the research of this topic, we build Cao Yang vacation school scientific research forum successfully. The forum is based on BBS technology; it includes teacher training, teaching research and scientific research. We developed a systematic foundational practice curriculum plan and a perfect value system for virtual teaching research. Construct a virtual teaching research frame based on the situation of vocational school, which make teachers in five different school districts and five different specialty departments to carry on the teaching research, cooperation study in the same software platform, establishes the strong research atmosphere, improves the quality and function of research activity, and it renews our teachers'education idea, promotes the information accomplishment, advances the specialized development, promote the team construction; it also enriches the teaching resources, optimizes vocational school teacher's training and obtains the teachers'teaching research dynamic record, built up a whole staff's vocational education research practice system which include the teachings, the teaching research and the scientific research in modern information environment, promotes the modernization of vocational education.
