| Vocational school's goal is to train professional and technical personnel for sociality, its particularity lies in the students from the school to sociality directly,Not only requested the students have professional skills,but also have movement quality and comprehensive abilities to Services for its professional skills.Because of educations inertia to continue schools PE for the general students.However,there are only three years or less time in vocational school than that of student's in the general school.After school sports in their life not extend,or even interrupted.Why? The guiding ideology of "Lifelong PE consciousness "and "Health first "not really formed for the students.It is manifested that the student's sport interesting has not been excited,technical level and PE abilities is poor.And so on.what is the reason that caused these negative factors? grade one students in Art Vocational school of Lan Zhou as objects,choosing four classes at the same love in sample way and each class has 45 students.grouping these 4 classes into two groups,one is experiment group(90 students in two classes),the other is comparison one(90 students in two classes).Sending out 180 pieces of questionnaire to the students before carrying out experiment,finally,we have taken out 178 pieces of questionnaire,the rate of reclaiming is 99%.I sent out 90 pieces of questionnaire to them and the rate of reclaiming is 100%after experiment.The paper takes documentary
