As everyone knows, the key to the curriculum reform is the instruction reform, the key to the instruction reform is the classroom, while the key to change the current teacher-oriented classroom is to change the teachers. To successfully implement the new curriculum reform, it is urgently necessary to raise the awareness of participation and the spirit of cooperation of teachers, and improve their ability and technique of participate. All these requires making reforms to the traditional way of teachers'training. As an important new concept and methodology of the training, the participative teachers'training coincides with the essence of the new curriculum reform. With the implementation of the new curriculum reform, the participative teachers'training has attained more and more attention from a growing number of educational organizers and researchers. Right strategy in carrying out the new way of training is a guarantee to its success. Therefore, it is imperative to study the strategies.The author defines the relevant concepts, and reviews the status of strategies study, and points out existing problems; chooses 12 types of effective strategies from specific training programs; puts them together by the various stages of the training: preparation, learning and application; describes each strategy on progress, notes and effect in details; verifies the effectiveness of strategies according to the feedback from teachers who participate in the training. Wish this could be a valuable reference in the future.
