On Study Of Strategies Of Participative Teachers Training

As everyone knows, the key to the curriculum reform is the instruction reform, the key to the instruction reform is the classroom, while the key to change the current teacher-oriented classroom is to change the teachers. To successfully implement the new curriculum reform, it is urgently necessary to raise the awareness of participation and the spirit of cooperation of teachers, and improve their ability and technique of participate. All these requires making reforms to the traditional way of teachers'training. As an important new concept and methodology of the training, the participative teachers'training coincides with the essence of the new curriculum reform.
