The state shoulders a very important responsibility in the development and cultivation of teachers.In order to improve the overall level and quality of the teaching staff in China,teachers fulfill their obligations to participate in continuing education as prescribed by the state,and constantly improve their ideological and political level and professional competence in education and teaching.Among the many factors affecting the quality of education and teaching,teachers as the education and teaching workers are one of the most important factors,the quality of teachers plays a key role in the learning outcomes of students.As far as students are concerned,high school will be a very important turning point for them to enter another stage of their lives,therefore,the education and teaching work of the school is relatively more stringent.As far as the teachers are concerned,the high school teachers in Z City of Henan Province are relatively strong,the work and organization of teachers' participation in training are more diverse and orderly,and the experience of teachers participating in training is more abundant.The problems existing in teacher training in China are particularly concentrated and prominent in the high school teachers in Z City of Henan Province.Therefore,based on the current situation of high school teacher training in Z City of Henan Province,this paper revolves around the problems in the process of participating in the training and its problems,research and analysis of development strategies.This research starts from the relevant literature,based on the teacher professional development theory,the demand level theory and the lifelong education theory,discusses the development status of high school teacher training in China.Through questionnaires and interviews about 276 high school teachers in Z city were selected to investigate the current situation of high school teacher training,including the status of high school teacher training satisfaction,the status of high school teacher training content,the status of high school teacher training mode,and the status of high school teacher training organization and so on.According to the status quo of the problems in the training of high school teachers are found,then,from the lack of practicality in the training courses,the factors restricting the teachers to participate in the training,and the lack of follow-up guidance to the participating teachers,the problems in the training of high school teachers are analyzed the reason.Finally,the development of high school teacher training in China,the improvement strategy is put forward: do a good job of training needs analysis,enrich the training content,innovate teachers' on-the-job training methods,comprehensive implementation of various methods;training institutions strengthen management,improve teacher resources;people-oriented,mobilize the enthusiasm of participating teachers.
