A country needs highly quality workers and the society needs highly quality citizens. As the coming citizen and the primary workers of a country, the secondary vocational school students ought to pay more attention to enhancing the science literacy and the direct and effective way is in classroom. In this way, the textbook is the important media for teachers and students to carry out the instructions.It exist several integrated science textbooks for secondary vocational students to enhancing the science literacy. However, there are some differences in these textbooks since the publications date, background, authors are different. The paper chooses three typical textbooks as the research object. One purpose of the research paper is to find the characteristic when enhancing the enhancing the science literacy of secondary vocational students. Then it is helpful for the teachers and students to understand and choose the integrated science textbooks. Another purpose of the research paper is to put up some meaningful suggestions to make and improve the integrated science textbooks.The paper is composed of four parts.The first part is preface include the bringing up and the aim of the paper.The second part is the methods of the study include literature review and the construction of the model.The third part is the analysis of the textbook. According to the model, this part analyzes the three editions concretely.The fourth part is the conclusion and enlightenment. Based on analyzing in an all-round way, the paper summarizes the characteristics of the three editions respectively, and proposes seven suggestions on the textbook making,(1) the aim to making the integrated science textbook for secondary vocational school should be enhancing the students science literary(2)the textbooks should represent the essence of science(3) the content of textbooks should include the achievements of science and technology nowadays(4)the content of the textbooks should not be too difficult but be wide(5)the textbooks need good way to make the content to arouse the interest(.6)the words of the textbooks should be easy and the textbooks can have more pictures(7) the exercises needs more forms and the way of evaluation can be various...
