On The Construction And Completion Of College Teachers' Stimulating System In China

With the fast development of college education, the competition between colleges is becoming fierce. Concrete measures on operating thoughts and constructing teaching staff must be introduced if the college wants to survive in the international education competition. The key points of the measures are keeping college teachers willing to stay and stimulate their enthusiasm and creativity because talented persons are the primary strength for creation. It has become an emergent issue for deepening inner management and reform that how to enhance inner management, constructing a series of scientific stimulating system which is easy for talented person being educated and used and could stimulate their enthusiasm and creativity to promote the quality and profit of managing a college, making the college active and sustainable. Therefore we must go further study.As to how to construct the college teachers' stimulating system, from the present stimulating system and its development, this paper discuss the constructive and available stimulating system thoroughly and systematically. Initially, it analyzes the present condition of college teachers' stimulating system them moves on to the theory of the system both in and abroad; In the third part ,it explains the characteristics of college teachers and the importance of construction and completion of college teachers' stimulating system, then analyzes the problems that exist presently in the system in China; the principle and mode about how to design and construct the system would be introduced in the fourth part.
