The Research On The Establishment Strategy Of Normal Major Of Marxism Ethnic Theory And Policy In Colleges And Universities In Guangxi

No.46 Document in 2015 of the State Council-- <The Decision About Accelerating Development Of Ethnic Education> clearly points out that ‘the normal major about Marxism ethic theory and policy should be founded in normal colleges and ethnic universities for cultivation and training of teachers for national unity education”. Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region is the most populous area for national minorities in China, all forms of schools at all levels should take the responsibility and obligations of development of local national unity education.And response to the call of the decision is depended on the characteristics and advantages of Guangxi ethnic education for establishment of the normal major about Marxism ethnic theory and policy in eleven normal colleges and ethnic schools around the whole region. And it is also the responsibility and obligation for these colleges and universities to cultivate a group of professional teachers of ethnic unity education for the whole of Guangxi and even the whole country.This article mainly contains three parts. The first part is the overview and specialties about the normal major of Marxism ethnic theory and policy to clarify the related attribute, distinction degree about addition of planned major and rationality, principles for setup of the major. The second part is the analysis of establishment route of the normal major of Marxism ethnic theory and policy and concludes that Guangxi University for Nationalities is the most qualified school to set up the normal major of Marxism ethnic theory and policy. The third part is a series of assumptions about measures for building the normal major of Marxism ethnic theory and policy in Guangxi University for Nationalities. The author hopes the systematic discussion of this article about the normal major of Marxism ethnic theory and policy to provide some reference for the establishment of this major in Guangxi and all of the normal schools and ethnic colleges over the whole country and the development after the major has formally gone into the major construction sequence of colleges and universities.
