Study On The New-style Interpersonal Relationship Based On Green Harmonious Theory

"In the whole nation, ideological and moral diathesis, scientific and cultural diathesis, and physical diathesis have been improved distinctly; the good moral atmosphere and harmonious interpersonal relationship have come into being." This is one of the nine aims of constructing socialist harmonious society in 2020, which expounded in the Sixth Plenum of the 16th CPC Central Committee. Individuals are the main body of a society, so the harmony of interpersonal relationship is the foundation of harmonious development of the relationship between people, society and nature.Along with the development of marketing economy and the extensive usage of information technology, it turned out exchanges in contemporary interpersonal relationship. It altered form simplification to complication, from conformity to individuation. The space of interpersonal interaction was expanded, and the methods of interpersonal interaction became various; meanwhile it transferred form ethical to utility, from intimacy to apathy, and it appeared plight of apathetic interpersonal relation, the lack of faith, and the crisis of credit.The theories on interpersonal relationship based on harmonious Confucianism in Chinese traditional culture should advance with times. Since the 1980s, humans have entered into ecological times. In the era, for the fashion of seeking after green culture and harmony, it claimed that people used the theories different from the former days' to help to solve the problems of the unbalance of interpersonal relationship.The thesis researches the disciplines and methods of new style of interpersonal relationship based on three ideas of green culture and three principles of green harmony which were put forward by Professor Huang Zhibin. Form the four aspects that is the harmonious interpersonal relationship in family, the harmonious interpersonal relationship in community, the harmonious interpersonal relationship in enterprise, and the harmonious interpersonal relationship in internet, to unfold discussion and to macroscopically construct the new environment of green interpersonal relationship that is in good faith and friendly.
