The Discussion Of The Interpersonal Relationship Question In The Process Of Constructing Harmonious Society

Achieving social harmony and building a perfect society, is not only a social ideal which human pursued, but also a lofty goal which Marxism political party including Communist Party of China unremitting pursuit. China is on the way to build a socialism harmonious society. Above all, a harmonious society should be the society with harmonious internal relationship. From the reform to the opening to now, our society has achieved progress in many fields. However, many unharmonious things about internal relationship appear at the same time, all of these needs to be solved and concentrated on. To study the harmonious internal relationship of China under the special time of building harmonious society has both theory and practice meaning.In this thesis, the author uses interpersonal relationship of Marxism as the theory foundation and narrates the necessity of constructing harmonious interpersonal relationship of harmonious society .At the same time, the author analyzes the reasons of the interpersonal relationship in the condition of market economy and proposes the measures and the signification of constructing harmonious interpersonal relationship. The essay falls into three parts. The first part: analyzes interpersonal relationship from the angle of philosophy to define the human relationship and to compare with Chinese and western philosophy about interpersonal relationship theory and to elaborated the Marxism about elementary interpersonal relationship theory. The second part : analyzes the harmonious interpersonal relationship characteristics and the function of "harmonious society". The third part : Inspects all sorts of performance of the current about interpersonal relationship in our country and analyzes proposes the principles and concrete measures of constructing the harmonious interpersonal relationship.
