It operated like that: first, guiding teachers to arouse themselves, second, helping teachers to orient their professional development, thirty, instructing teachers to select variable ways, fourth, supporting that self appraisement is combined with appraisement by others. The mechanism of teacher professional development planning can not be successful without the motivating, which is not the objective, but only a way. Relative to outside motivation, the inherent motivation is much more important, so it must be found out.
