In the increasingly fierce international competition in the 21st century, countries will be the development of modern educational reform as the country's most important part. The level of quality of education depends critically on the overall quality of teachers, the establishment of a high-quality teaching force is in the national competition in overall national strength of a common strategy to take measures.
