University Study Style Of Management Inquiry

Study style has been the focus of scholars and society.The study style of university is the central embodiment of ordinary college students' study,life, discipline and etc.Good study style is the valuable wealth of school, the foundation and manifestation of school-moral and teaching-moral,the important guarantee for improving teaching quality and nurturing qualified talents,and the important symbol of measuring environment of educating people.So study style plays a very important role in the development of university.In recent years under the social background of lifelong learning and establishing learning society,the management and construction of university study style has obtained gratifying achievements.However,also owing to the present social situation,formalism and impetuosity phenomenon are still severe,which have the following obvious manifestation in university: not clear learning purpose,learning weariness and etc. So under this circumstances emphasis on the management and construction of university study style matters the whole country's development and fate.Based on the former study, this thesis makes a comprehensive elaboration on the problem of study style management of universities,thus to make the former research more systematic,more orderly and deeper.The whole thesis falls into five parts.The first part mainly elaborates the connotation of university study style.First this thesis introduces scholars' two kinds of definition about study style,then analyzes the scholars' previous research results on the present conditions and management strategies of university study style,and finally presents the definition and contents of study style of universities that I will elaborate fully in the thesis.The second part chiefly analyzes the existing problems of university study style from the perspectives of utilitarian study purpose,incorrect study attitude, inactive study methods, low study interest, low study spirit, sloppy study discipline and etc.The third part analyzes the main reasons of the problems elaborated in the second part mainly from five aspects: teachers' teaching style's influence on study style,teaching administration,related national policies and social ethos,and influence of network.In the fourth part, following the analysis of the factors influencing study style, the thesis describes the experience of study style management in Britain and America in order to provide enlightenment and warning to our nation's study style management: the college-system management model in Britain and America,the supervisor-talent management model respecting students' personality,and flexible credits management system. The fifth part is the key point. The thesis makes a detailed description on six strategies for realizing good study style management: propel college instruction reform process guide students to form correct study view, develop double-subject teaching mode, emphasize the guiding roles of supervisor system, enrich university campus' academic and cultural activities mechanism, and establish and strengthen study style management institutional mechanism.
