| LCR (Local cultural resources) mainly refer to the natural geographical, human & historical, and social development resources in the local area of the school, which were chosen as the moral education courses. Being out-of-school educational resources, LCR are high quality resources for students progressing their moral education activities, developing their self awareness, and improving their self development with characteristics of materiality and novelty. An effective moral education can only be realized by students' experiencing life and getting close to culture. Therefore, how we exploit or use LCR and how we make the moral education more effective and practical is really a significant project for a school's relative work.Developing and using LCR plays an important role in moral education and makes it more accessible and stimulating. Previously there has been difficulty imparting moral education to students in the classroom as it was taught in an abstract way. Now there are abundant resources for creating a moral educational atmosphere and activities, which allows students to expand their knowledge and create a more reasonable structure of course resources. This also plays a significant role in improving the teaching methods of moral education, enabling students to acquire a deeper and fuller understanding.As a city with abundent natural resources and historical & cultural resources with unique characteristics, Haining has many resources available in moral education,with which the traditional educational activities like patriotic, sentiment, environment protection, appreciation of beauty and future ambitions can be carried out. Haining tide, a natural wonder and a perfect moral education resource, is the most representative natural scenery, which can be used for educating students to foster their self-confidence, self-awareness, team spirit and sense of dedication.The exploitation of LCR makes the moral education resources indigenous, which makes them more accessible to students and more easily accepted and experienced by them. Hereby, in organizing the moral education courses, we should pay special attention to the local abundant natural and human resources to construct and perfect the moral education system to make moral education more interesting, more practical and more genuine. As a result, the substantial results of moral education can be realized.This thesis aims at exploring a new way of school moral education by ways of literature studying, questionnaire investigating and interviewing to study the connotation of Local Cultural Resources and its value in the school moral education. The thesis also focuses on the feasibility and necessity of exploring LCR, as well as drawing on its experience and pondering its exploration and use. According to the needs of the moral teaching and activity, we explored LCR and put it in order . For example,we divided LCR into books, the thing that was not written in the books, videos, oral tales, county customs and developed ,used them. At the same time, we knew the four principles in the moral education such as vareity,feasibility,property, intergrating. This research also analyses the reality through Haining tide and Tide culture , makes the teachers get the new teaching thoughts, changes the students' learning ways, expands the students' knowledge and makes the students take part in the research. The students learn to get along well with others and learn the hometown well . Finally, according to the interviewing and questionnaire investigating, we give some advice on how to develop and use LCR, how to improve the degree of moral courses, how to improve compiehensive quality of the teachers, how to improve the evaluation systems of the teachers and students and so on. |
