Because our country is a large country, the geographical condition difference is very big, by nature, nation, history, and the influence of such factors as different regional economic development level, the long-term precipitation of local culture and each has its own characteristics. Different local unique culture, exerts a subtle influence on the local people’s moral accomplishment, ideological quality, bear the part of the ideological and political education function. The present situation of the high school low actual effect of ideological and political education has been popular, according to the concept of new curriculum reform, expand education resources can be used as a means to improve the high school ideological and political education effectiveness. The local cultural resources to establish the ideological and political education, to enrich the content of the education, will also be able to drive the innovation of education method, to improve the effectiveness of education.Xinyang is located in the north-south border, the north and south culture from the combined impact of the cultural characteristics of both thick and vigorous aspect, and theres is no lack of romance.
