Education is intended for people's lifelong development. However, although quality education is largely advocated nowadays, the classes of middle school Ideological Cultivation can't get rid of the influence of exam-oriented education, emphasizes the indoctrination of ethical knowledge to some extent, but doesn't internalize it as students' qualities. If qualities are lost,nothing exists. How to let students make academic achievements with subject characteristics by learning middle school Ideological Cultivation? Since the 18th CPC National Congress, how to realize the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation has emphasized absorbing the spiritual force of realizing Chinese Dream from excellent culture and national culture is the source of confidence in culture. Can national culture raise the effectiveness of classes and become the medium for promoting students' core qualities? For this reason, the author introduces the local culture of Zhenjiang, part of national culture, to the classes of middle school Ideological Cultivation.The Study puts forward the application of Zhenjiang local cultural resources to teaching middle school Ideological Cultivation using for reference precious theoretical researches and the research findings of the teaching of middle school Ideological Cultivation in Zhenjiang, and qualitatively and quantitatively analyses the problems that lie in exploring and applying local cultural resources of Zhenjiang to the classes of middle school Ideological Cultivation using empirical analysis. Focusing on the exploration, utility value, exploring models and the utility strategies of the resources of the local culture of Zhenjiang in the content, the study explores the effective role that the resources of the local culture of Zhenjiang plays in the classes of middle school Ideological Cultivation and the importance that they have in cultivating students' core qualities.The author examines the resources of the local culture of Zhenjiang in the clue of confidence in culture, establishes the connection between the resources of the local culture of Zhenjiang and the content of the subject, analyses and studies it. The study integrates with practice and their growing backgrounds, realizes the localization of the teaching content, studies and summarizes the utility strategies of the resources of the local culture of Zhenjiang, and designs the teaching cases.On this basis, whether the resources of the local culture of Zhenjiang can be used to establish active curriculum remains to be further studied.
