The education reform carried out commonly within the whole nation range as the important content of the New Deal reforms in Late Qing dynasty , How to carry out Man Mongol nationality education , reserve national traits , avoid "being melted", further to consolidate its rule for the Man nationality ruler? This is the problem not being able to avoid in front of the circumstances that the Han nationality education carried out broadly at the modern times. In this paper, based on records kept by the Jilin Provincial Archives, "the Secretary of Jilin Ti", to comb the background and process of establishing about Man Mongol nationality school in Jilin in Late Qing dynasty, Aim at studying the school characteristic , inquiring into the problems of the school establishing , the ways to resolve and the factors affecting the school development. At the same time, the part data of the text originates from "The offical newspaper of Education Department", "Chinese educational system in the modern time" etc.This article contains five chapers except the introduction.The introduction, mainly studies the current situation , brings forward author's research significance and show solicitude for point. It also fixes the keywords.The first chapter, the time is needed: the school establishing. It is mainly to analysises the establishing background of the Man Mongol nationality schools , introduce the situation when they founded in the early time.The second chapter , one of characteristics: Teachers students of Han blend Manmeng. Give aspect such as language , student formation lessons from teacher nation, fill in Man Mongol nationality school interposes from running a school beginning , taking the Han nationality schools as the teachers and students drawing lessons right away.The third chapter, another characteristic: Acting according to circumstances that course offered and funds raise. Seal complies with the characteristic establishing aspect such as expending and raising used teaching materials , funds by subjects , part subject setting forth school acting according to the circumstances, nimbly according to reality running a school mainly.The fourth chapter, getting rid of the disadvantage in according to the regulations: The school reformation. In 1910, Jilin Man Mongol nationality schools confronted with a lot of problems in subjects, manages and students admissions after the development of more than one year. The Man Mongolia-China Middle schools and advanced elementary schools hall entirely in numerous and confused seeked for reformation , the part reforming content produced a marked effect.The fifth chapter, the opposite result of what one intended: The school valuation. The chapter priority analyses the characters and restraint factors of Jilin Man Mongol nationality schools in the modern times.The article thinks , in the New Deal period, in north part frontier ceaseless deepening of crisis , Menghan negotiated gradually frequently, the Qhing Dynasty ruler decided to reform the Man Mongol nationality education, in order to train Man Mongol nationality talented persons that times needed, to consolidate the ruling further.Man meng nationality schools establishing, takes learning the middle issuing , elementary school hall regulations as the basis. On courses offered at the modern times in the Han nationality, schools were the same as the Han nationality schools except setting up full, senseless humanities in addition. Establishing of Man meng nationality schools were self melted compared with Man tradition Mongol nationality education in Chinese. Part subject teachers engaged the Han people , the Man meng students were not enough , so some Han nationality students were admitted . After schools developing more than one year in 1910, confronted with problems in school administration. Man Mongolia-China Middle schools , the Man advanced Mongol nationality elementary schools seeked reformation numerously and confusedly , part reformation effected obviously . but with the development of the schools , the students were not in the mood to learn , the quality of Man Mongol nationality teachers and students are limited, the Han nationality teachers , the students entered the schools numerously and confusedly , become and the school main body gradually. It was a difficulty for fund raising. The background in public opinion such as the whole nation "constitutionalism", "five race republicanism" in 1912, Man Mongol nationality schools merged others.Education for nationalities is the important component of China education , although it was behind the Han nationality education on the whole, it still had the characteristic though its development. The national minority education in the process with the Han nationality cultural exchange , how to keep national characteristics better than making progresses? This is a problem that the national education scholars have being thinking about. In weak power culture collide with strong power culture, how to reserve characteristic better while sorption is advanced? Set people thinking.
