The middle school martial arts aerobics uses traditional martial arts as the basic material and incorporates the movements of Chinese health techniques.It is diverse in form,full of wit and fun,and it has many values such as fitness,self-defense,inheriting national culture,promoting national spirit and so on.At present,under the impetus of relevant policies,primary and secondary schools in our country have generally started teaching aerobics.However,it is generally faced with the problems of outdated teaching methods and backward teaching models.Situational teaching has been widely used by many other disciplines and has shown good results.Whether it has a good effect in middle school martial arts aerobics teaching remains to be further verified.The article is based on the "Experimental Study on the Teaching Mode of Middle School Wushu Calisthenics" and it is precisely through the use of literature review,interviews,experiments,questionnaires,and mathematical statistics to briefly analyze the concepts,characteristics,principles,and patterns of situational teaching.As well as the content of secondary school martial arts aerobics,students' learning characteristics,and problems in curriculum teaching,the second set of martial arts aerobics,“chief eagle wings”,is mainly used to construct a systematic situational teaching program.The article then carried out specific experiments,and carried out statistics and analysis of the experimental results to verify the effectiveness of the situational teaching of martial arts aerobics in middle schools.The article concludes:Firstly,situational teaching is to carry out teaching activities in a specific situational environment,showing the characteristics of teaching orientation,teaching in context,and stylized execution.It involves the three aspects of audiovisual situation,life situation,story situation and role-playing situation.It abides by the principle of purpose and comprehension,interest and practice,guidance and subjectivity,and follows the creation of situation,introduction of situation,and experience Situation,expanding situation,reappearing situation five links.The second is that the middle school martial arts aerobics includes four sets of thirty-six movements:the rising sun,young eagle wings,hero youth,and Kung Fu youth.Middle school students learn martial arts aerobics is characterized by three aspects: the limited ability to understand and accept,the high interestin learning,and the active participation in interesting activities.The current problems in teaching include the low teaching efficiency caused by conventional teaching methods,students' unfamiliar memory of ideographic names in martial arts aerobics,and poor results in the development of martial arts aerobics teaching.The martial arts aerobics teaching has been separated from the four aspects of life.Third,the goal of martial arts aerobics situational teaching activities should be aimed at stimulating students' interest,enhancing athletic ability,enhancing students' physique,cultivating emotional will,and strengthening social morality.Situational teaching methods should pay attention to the various modules of a comprehensive use of a variety of situational teaching methods.Each situational teaching method can flexibly use teaching methods and uphold the concept of purpose and effectiveness,and pay attention to the level of the various contextual teaching methods.The content of situational teaching should be based on five basic teaching goals.It should focus on the implementation of the contextual teaching methods.It should focus on the integration of the martial arts techniques and routines in each subsection.Fourth,compared with conventional teaching methods,Wushu aerobics context teaching activities stimulate students' interest,improve the students' proficiency and movement accuracy,increase their ability to remember names in Wushu aerobics,strengthen students' ability to control emotions,and cultivate students' strong will.Social skills and ideological and moral cultivation have good results.In response to the problems in the teaching process of martial arts aerobics and the final effect of situational teaching,the article suggests that physical education teachers must base themselves on the requirements of the Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education in Physical Education and Health,combined with contextual teaching characteristics,principles,methods,and procedures.We must formulate a system of systematic martial arts aerobics situational teaching programs,and we must strictly implement the teaching programs.In the specific teaching process,physical education teachers must timely observe the students' interest in learning,quality of learning,and the progress of learning,and under the condition that the overall situational teaching plan remains unchanged,the method,means and time for flexible adjustment of situational teaching should be adjusted.For physical education teachers,regardless of whether they are formulating a situational teaching plan for aerobics or developing a specific teaching activity,they should uphold the purpose of “stimulating students' interest in learning and improving the efficiency and quality of course teaching” and focus on the combination of situational teaching methods,teaching methods and teaching contents.Students' abilities of cognition,acceptance and understanding avoid problems with the cart before the horse.When the physical education teacher formulates and implements the Wushu aerobics situational teaching plan,it needs to incorporate more content of cultural connotation and special physical quality training to further improve the diversification effect brought about by situational teaching.
