Founding The Existing Problems On Public P.E Teaching Management System Of Normal Colleges And Then Reform And Perpect It

The central task in normal colleges lies in teaching, and teaching management is the core in university management.In the concepts of teaching management,systems and action three elements,the system is the bridge of concept and action,and the intermediary of theory and practice.There are many problems in college P.E classes teaching,to solve this problems,at first we need to solve teaching management system.Public P.E teaching management system is the object of my study. Through multiple research methods, for example, consulting documents and datas, text analysis and sending questionnaires.First,analyze the relationship between Public P.E teaching management system and the quality of education.And belive that P.E teaching management system is an important guarantee to improve the quality of physical education. Second, analyze the texts of P.E teaching management system in China's normal colleges. Third,based on the resuts of interview and questionnaire research and has studied the instructional administration regulation of colleges and universities in China, and propose the P.E teaching management system shortcomings and inadequacies.Believe that the aim of P.E teaching management system is easy to manage and facilitate control; managers awareness of the service for teachers and students;and lack of effective incentives for physical education teachers' teaching ; insufficient attention for the PE teachers' learning. Fourth, propose the reform and improvement of the proposal. Open to ideas and concepts to students and service-oriented; effectively safeguard the freedom of teaching and learning; improve P.E teaching teachers incentive mechanism; establish a scientific and physical education teachers teaching evaluation system; establish the system mechanisms for implementation; and built sports department become learning organizations. Eventually to complete the physical education goals which was put forward in the "National Universities Sports Teaching of guidance outline, "to bring up high-quality students with a lifelong sports ideology and one and two training technologys.
