With the deepening of China's reform and the acceleration of global integration,the Chinese colleges and universities are encountering a great deal of challenges such as the personnel system reform of public institutions,the expansion of student registration scale,the increasing responsibility pressures from government and the society and talent competition among global colleges and universities.Therefore,it has become an important research topic for higher education administrator to summarize and refer to the reform experiences and laws of the colleges and universities at home and abroad to explore relevant reform orientations and make top-level design in the new situation with the combination of future reform tendency of Chinese personnel system.This study tries to find out the future tendencies and feasible approaches of personnel system reform of Chinese colleges and universities through analyzing the development and changes of personnel systems of Chinese public institutions and colleges and universities,summarizing and drawing on the experiences of the relevant reforms at home and in abroad,as well as analyzing the experiences and predicament of the current personnel system of Chinese colleges and universities.The author believes that the personnel system of Chinese colleges and universities will take on a tendency of standardization,flexibility,diversification and internationalization in the future,as long as Chinese government and universities' administrators can renovate their management concept and more relative policies and supporting measures are promulgated to improve the external environment of colleges and universities.
