The Theory And Practice Of Transformational Leadership For Primary And Junior High Schools

Since 1980s, transformation leadership has gradually become a focus and a new paradign of foreign leadership. When transformation leadership was brought to school from enterprise, the school leadership reform has found the outlet. Now the primary and middle schools is in the period of transition from traditional to modern. This transition has been put school leadership reform to the new agenda. Transformation leadership become the appeal of leadership transform. Transformation leadership provides a new perspective of theory, reference and help for organizational transformation, category revolution and culture revolution, important meaning on theory and edification for the implementation of school principals and administrative staff and is helpful to school principals, dministarative staff, teachers professional development.First, this paper simply introduces the transformation leadership at home and abroad by checking historical documents.
