Strengthening the supply-side reform and connotation construction of secondary vocational schools,and promoting the reform of teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods of "three education" have become an important entry point for secondary vocational schools to improve the quality of schooling and personnel training.The ultimate goal of implementing the "three education reform" is to cultivate high-quality technical talents with moral skills and skills.Teachers are the main body of the education and teaching reform,and the classroom is the main front of the "three education" reform.Teachers are the main implementers of teaching.Teachers should change the traditional role concept and position themselves as leaders.Teachers should view the quality of classroom teaching from the long-term perspective of classroom leaders.The study of teachers’ classroom leadership will be conducive to improving teachers’ awareness of classroom leadership,promoting teachers’ professional development,improving the quality of classroom teaching,and improving the quality of personnel training in secondary vocational schools,so as to provide the society with a large number of high-quality workers and technical talents that meet the requirements of socialist modernization.Teacher’s transformational leadership can effectively adjust students’ needs and stimulate students’ motivation,improve students’ sense of accomplishment and self-realization.Teachers use their own classroom transformational leadership to form a classroom community with students,and students are motivated in this community Accept knowledge and skills in a more effective way.The combination of transformative leadership and classroom teaching maximizes the value of education.This article uses the XX secondary professional schools in Jiangxi Province as a sample school to study the status and existing problems of teachers ’transformational leadership in the classroom.A detailed survey of the status of school teachers ’transformational leadership in the classroom is carried out from four levels: idealized impact,inspirational motivation,intellectual inspiration,and personalized care,and SPSS statistical software is used for data analysis to obtain secondary vocationalschool teachers The status of classroom transformational leadership.From the four levels of "idealized influence,inspirational motivation,personalized care and intellectual stimulation" of vocational teachers ’reform classroom leadership,the status of teachers’ classroom transformational leadership is mainly as follows: teachers ’beliefs and values Insufficient student fit,weak teacher ’s role model;display of classroom goals in form,lack of teacher ’s verbal appeal;teacher ’s single problem analysis ability,lack of patience in guiding student problem analysis;effective vocational teachers and students There is less communication and communication,and teacher classroom teaching does not meet the individualized needs of students.Through the analysis of the survey results,the analysis of the problems in the classroom transformational leadership of teachers in vocational schools is mainly reflected in: the imbalance of teacher idealization and the imbalance of student identification;the encouragement incentives are constrained by the classroom environment,and the intellectual stimulation is affected by Teacher and student ability limitations and lack of benign interaction in personalized care.In this regard,reasonable suggestions are put forward in terms of teachers ’improvement of teachers’ personal influence recognition,student-centered motivation to motivate students to learn,joint efforts of teachers and students to promote intellectual stimulation,and the establishment of a good communication link between teachers and students.
