The Research On Multi-Project Management Of New Campus Building In University

The project management is the main part of the Department of New Campus Building management. But at present a lot of problem will appeared in the process of building management, Such as : conflicts between different projects to contend for resources as well as poor real-time basis and effectiveness to find and resolve problems by monitoring multi project. These problems are affecting the project investment benefit and the project quality. Using the resources balance technology of the multi-projects management, may fully use all kind of resources, enhancing the use of the resources, reducing internal coordinated time, effectively processing all kind of conflict, thus achieved the project task of goal in the stipulation time.This paper uses such theory as economic and psychology as well as management, specially the system thought, the control thought, the flexible management thought , the goal management thought, adopting method of the unifies of theory and real diagnosis research, the unifies of visit investigation and material analysis as well as the literature research. Through research all kind of conflict and the solution which appears in the multi-projects management process of the Department of Building management, the paper construct all kind of resources balance management pattern which suited in the multi-projects management of the Department of Building management, combinations management are proposed to develop resources on a real-time basis by way of resource constraint schedule or resources balancing for resource conflict of various projects. As for degradation of real-time basis to find and resolve problems, an approach is put forward in the paper based on thorough application of special project management techniques, establishment of project management system, to construct the Department of Building management human resources management, the project progress management, the project quality control and so on.Now, systematic theories and methods are available for single project management with references to domestic and international reports and books related, however, only a few talk about multi-project management have been seen. So, the analysis to some extent for reference and introduction to the Department of New Campus Building management that are doing multi-project management.
