| As the progressing of society and evolution of technology,its role in the social industry has become more and more important.Xuehui was born under such a background.Under the sudden attack of the new coronavirus,the development of online teaching industry is both a challenge and an opportunity.Before the arrival of the new era,online education break the pattern of bondage,from passive supplement offline education pattern,to keep up with the demand and utilization of students under the new period,actively extend in the direction of depth,find the suitable for online education itself,to reflect the information of active response times,and pushing the benign sustainable development direction.At present,Xuehui provides online courses for vocational qualifications,academic education,finance and accounting,construction engineering and teacher qualification,etc.The main development direction of Xuehui is to keep up with multiple projects.In order to improve the construction and development of multi-project management and achieve the strategic goals of the enterprise,human resource management is the most critical part of Xuehui,and plays an important role in the actual operation.Before studying Xuehui while online teaching have been engaged in professional work,but when enter the strategic adjustment,especially multiple projects running at the same time and at the high speed development stage,how to multiple project management and human resources in order to ensure the configuration of the relationship between coordinated synchronous work,multiple purpose is to learn wisdom network in the current need to face and solve the first problem.This study using literature analysis,field interview method,system analysis and questionnaire survey,to set up multiple projects in parallel management using the optimal allocation of human resources as base point,and using the related management theory as the basis,in the current project management environment,to study the manpower resource of Xuehui as an example,This paper analyzes the existing problems in the current multi-project management environment,and finally puts forward the corresponding solutions through the analysis of the prediction scheme,so as to formulate the human resource allocation management scheme suitable for the current environment,such as constructing the priority scoring system suitable for the multi-project online education industry and determining the final evaluation indicators.The multi-project management office was established,the compensation performance system was designed based on the dynamic management mode,and the multi-project human resource allocation guarantee mechanism was set up,aiming to enable the sustainable development of multi-project management of online education. |
