Research On Activity Management Of H College Students Based On Project Management

College students' activity is an activity other than education,which is a practical activity with fun,logic and education as its core.It is carried out in a professional and systematic way centering on college students.But it is not frequent and has a temporary character.With the continuous development of society and the continuous improvement of education system in universities,more and more people begin to pay attention to the scientific issue of activity management.Many studies at home and abroad have shown that carrying out college students' activities with project management theory and method can effectively improve students' consciousness of independent responsibility,service and innovation.Based on the widely existing in the current college students' activities in project management status quo,in H university,for example,has carried on the investigation and analysis,think that exist in the management of student activity management idea obsolete,inefficient management system,under the leadership of the multiple security mechanisms behind leads to structural problems,activity process management important problems such as lack of scientific control,which is both H college are faced with the problem,also with a certain universality.Based on this problem,this paper draw general theoretical framework of project management,project management activities for college students has carried on the detailed analysis and definition,a common process of preliminary built a student activity management ideas based on the theory of project management framework.From the management of the activities of project planning,project resources,activities,evaluation of three aspects of the project,as a student project defines the basic connotation of overall management,each part content is in line with the definition of management activities,the problems existing in the operation process and the logic structure of coping strategies,to conduct a comprehensive analysis.So that the university student activity project can fully introduce the project management theory and implement scientific management.
