The ideological and political education is cared more about not only in the education field but also by the whole society. The reformation of school education also focuses on it. Meanwhile, secondary vocational education, as one of the main parts of social education, is becoming a must for the development of economics. However, secondary vocational schools are facing a great many challenges. With the development of colleges and universities, middle schools are becoming more and more popular. As a result, the quantity and quality of the students in secondary vocational schools decrease rapidly and the difficulty for vocational education increased a lot. In addition, people longing for too much utility is the focus in vocational training, which has much effect on the ideological and political education in vocational schools. So, it is quite necessary for educators and teachers in vocational schools to explore the causes and find solutions of the weaknesses in their ideological and political education.According to the personal based belief, the thesis aims at providing some advice on vocational moral education. It explores how to change the teaching beliefs and manners and improve teachers'abilities in vocational ideological and political education. Moreover, it gives some advice on widening the ways to achieve the tasks of ideological and political education and forming the moral education systems with vocational characteristics. It puts forward some measures to improve the effectiveness of vocational ideological and political education, so as to help teachers and educators to carry out their tasks with the efforts of our society and families.The thesis consists of five chapters. It presents the background and practical meanings of the study in vocational ideological and political education in chapters one. Then, some related theories are listed in chapter two and the causes which influence students ideological and political education are further explored. In chapter three, a questionnaire is made to look for the present situation in vocational ideological and political education. Then the problems as well as the aspects in ideological and political education are thoroughly analyzed and explored. In chapter , the suggestions on carrying out the methods of ideological and political education abroad are listed. As for the last chapter, some advice and methods in carrying out ideological and political education are put forward to form the roles of schools, families and society.
