With the reform of the system of higher education charges, the questions of college students with financial difficulties are become increasingly prominent a social issue. Due to economical poverty, this group is faced with dropping out of school or difficult to maintain the survival of the greatest hardships, the common setback makes this group have similarly psychological problem, and their psychologically health status is not optimistic too. Because of unable to correctly understand rich or poor, they can't objectively, scientifically appraise their self-value, therefore, there is a considerable amount of college students with financial difficulties form wrong self-awareness resulted in lose, self-humiliation, unsociable and eccentric, close, and a series of bad mood such as being cold and detached, they even develop into the bigoted and depressed disease of personality. These psychological problems have directly influenced physically and mentally healthy growth of college students with financial difficulties, and also do not conducive to the growth of the socialist modernization need of qualified personnel too. So, we must concern, understand, grasp the psychological condition of college students with financial difficulties and enhance their psychological education, it is an important link of the higher education management, these are also important subjects that college ideological and political education faces.This paper used the method of reference research and the analytic and the inductive method, first of all, it has a study of the psychologically health status of college students with financial difficulties, mainly embody widespread of inferiority, serious emotional disorders, weak adaptation to the environment, and poor interpersonal skills, thought the main causes of psychologically health problems of college students with financial difficulties are objective and subjective reasons. Secondly, the paper expounded psychologically health total goal of college students with financial difficulties, namely cultivating the will of fortitude and the spirit of hard struggle, and bettering the psychological quality of college students with financial difficulties, cultivating a healthy, positive and progressive personality character, in this way they become national development and social progress of high-quality personnel. Moreover,the paper proposes psychologically health education of college students with financial difficulties should insist principles, namely the people-oriented principle, the principles of educating people from all-round way, development and the encouraging principle, expounds the main contents of psychologically health education of college students with financial difficulties, namely we should guide to establish a correct outlook on the rich and the poor of college students with financial difficulties, enhancing their self-confidence, improve their interpersonal communication capacity, improve their the affordability of setbacks, cultivate sound personality. Finally, this paper proposed to construct the mechanism of psychological health education of college students with financial difficulties, namely constructs the subsidization mechanism, constructs emotion concern mechanism, self- development incentive mechanism and crisis intervention mechanism of college students with financial difficulties.
