Research On The Confucian Shendu Theory To Network Moral Education For College Students

Along with the development of computer science and communication technique, the network has become a more and more important medium of communication and intercourse in daily life and work. Network has close relationship with people's life, which is not only deeply changing the way of production, life and communication in humankind's society, and the social morals and personal behavior, concept of value and morals of communication, but also causing numerous ethics problems of network. Some traditional principle and evaluation standard of the ethics morals are subjected to impact, while the new network morals and network concept of value is still in the quest. Network morals are drawing much attention of the people in modern society and the deep research of them is needed nowadays. "Shendu"(being cautious when on is alone) is a method of cultivating our moralities introduced by ancient Confucianism with special features of our country, which is a higher request of a person's morals accomplishment. Making use of the theory of "Shendu" by Confucianism in the traditional culture to enrich the strength of education of network morals, discovering its modernity, and then not losing its tradition is significant for the university students'network morals education.This thesis studies the origins, development of "Shendu" theory through the literature method and analytical-inductive method. It explains the basic connotation and main contents of "Shendu" theory, and analyzes its characteristic and value in respect of education. From analysis on characteristics of the network and the problems of ethics it brought, it analyses the imperfect of the this theory in the network morals construction. The thesis carries on a research about the inside contact between the educations of network morals in the college and makes the use of it in the network morals construction possible. It shows the significance of "Shendu" theory in network morals construction and suggests the propaganda of the theory and making use of it from all its respects. The most important thing is how to make use of it to carry on network morals construction. This thesis is based on the Chinese traditional morals civilization result-"Shendu" theory and the fact of college student network morals education, with its purpose of hoping to make some research on the college network morals education in our country with this theory and enrich the theories of network morals education in colleges in order to produce some active influence.
